App Privacy Policy

Applies to: EverSince, QuitTrack, RoutineCraft, FreelanceDesk, Workforce Management, SpendSnap, BreathEasy, ScreenFree, ChainBreaker, Reflect, and all other MABS iOS apps. Last updated: March 2026.

What we collect

Our apps are designed to work with minimal data collection. By default:

  • Data you enter stays on your device. Notes, habits, expenses, schedules — none of it leaves your phone unless a sync feature is explicitly enabled.
  • No account required for core functionality in any app.
  • Anonymous crash reports may be collected (via Sentry) to fix bugs. These contain no personal information.
  • Anonymous usage analytics may be collected (via Mixpanel) to understand feature usage. No names, no emails, no device IDs.

What we don't collect

  • Your name, email address, or any identifying information — unless you explicitly provide it for support
  • Location data
  • Contacts, photos, or camera (unless an app feature requires it, disclosed at time of permission request)
  • Financial account information

Third-party services

Some apps use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat processes transaction data per their own privacy policy. We receive only purchase status — not payment details.

Data retention

All app data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, your data is deleted. We have no server-side copy.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll update this page and note the date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.

Podcast Privacy Policy

Applies to: getmabs.com/podcast and the Signal vs. Noise RSS feed. Last updated: March 2026.

What we collect via the website

  • Cloudflare analytics — aggregated, anonymous page views. No cookies, no tracking pixels, no cross-site tracking.
  • RSS downloads — podcast hosting logs episode download counts anonymously. No listener-level data is stored.

Podcast hosting and distribution

Episodes are hosted on Cloudflare R2 and distributed via RSS. Third-party podcast platforms (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.) have their own privacy policies governing what they collect from listeners.

AI disclosure

Signal vs. Noise is produced by AI hosts (Eric and Bella) using text-to-speech technology. Topics, scripts, and publishing are automated. This is disclosed in episode 001 and in the show description on all platforms.
